I will be done with my undergraduate degree in May of 2009. I have an idea of what I want to do. I want to work with law enforcement and animal rescue; something with cruelty investigation as well. Ever watched animal cops in houston texas on animal planet? Thats somewhat of what I want to do. I am a strong believer that animals deserve to be well treated and live a happy life with a human family that loves them. I am not by any means an animals rights person because I do love to eat meat and wear leather. I believe most animals were put on this earth for us to eat. I care about the ones who show us undying love and companionship.. I want to stand up for them when they cannot. I want to do an internship with the humane society in houston this summer after I graduate.
If all that falls through I want to work on a horse farm or ranch out west in wyoming or montana. I want to be the breeding manager of the horse part of the ranch, but will still be apart of the cattle side such as cattle drives and calving season. I would also like to have a husband and a family sometime in the next ten years, but if that does not happen by then, then its not the end of the world. I would like to have a steady job before settling down. I would also like to do some traveling before I settle down with a family, whether it be just myself or with my future husband. I do not have high expectations for my life, I just want to be happy doing what I love most.
