Web 2.0

I believe that the title for the this video is appropriate because the web is using us. Every time someone clicks on a link or makes a new web page, it feeds off of it. Every move that everyone makes the web or someone else learns from it. The web will affect people going into teh work force because they can communicate with employers all over the world via email and chat rooms. The web will allow people to post thier resumes online for employers to find. There are also already websites that post job openings for people seeking jobs to find that are just a click away. People already in the workforce will use the web to their advantage by being able to work from home via online meetings with web cams and the use of their emails. This web thing is also very scary due to the fact that there simply is no more privacy. At any one point in time, someone can know where you are and what you are doing. With a simple click of their mouse they can find out where you live, your social security number, or anything else they want to know about you. That is why everything will need to be rethought. The Web will eventually be the death of any kind of privacy or well being of each and every one of us.

All about me

My name is Julie. I am a Senior in animal science. I have a horse named Bonkers and a red heeler named Sadie. I love to ride Bonkers and play with Sadie in my free time. When I graduate in May I hope to go to Houston Texas for an internship at the Houston SPCA with the animal cruelty investigators. Although I will be training in Texas, I hope to move to Montana or Wyoming to live for a few years or for the rest of my life if the opportunity arises. I hope to learn alot from this business writing class to help with my proposal skills as I will need them to guide me in my career as an animal cruelty investigator to prosecute offenders.
